Bookings have to be given at least 1 day in advance.

Advance payment has to be made at the time of booking. Payment for the extra use if any has to be made at the time of release of car.

Service tax as applicable will be charged on the gross bill amount.

All the columns in the duty slip have to be filled by the user to ensure correct billing.

For outstation trips, billing is done as per calendar day basis.

Time and Kilometres will be calculated on Garage to Garage basis and bills will be made accordingly.

All toll entrance fees and parking charges will be charged separately.

The customer is expected to sign and correctly fill the duty slip and hand it over to the chauffeur.

The company reserves the right to change the Tariff at any time without any notice.

At present, we only provide chauffeur driven cars.

The photographs shown are for illustrative purposes only.

Disputes if any shall be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.

For airport transfer trips, if the pick-up / drop location is in Thane , Navi Mumbai , Panvel etc., then such trips shall be treated as local trips.

No disputes are entertained if the user column in the duty slip is not completely filled in by the user.
